Where are you seated?
Most passengers insist on the window or aisle seat, and I often wonder why. Is it because of the serene view from the window or the freedom of movement offered by the aisle? So, let’s delve into some of my thoughts on this topic.
I have a soft spot for the window seat. There’s something picture-perfect about looking out over the world from 30,000 feet above, seeing cities shrink and landscapes unfold like a living map.
On the other hand, there’s the aisle seat, a symbol of freedom and control. It’s the seat that liberates you from confinement. You have the freedom to stretch, stand, and walk up and down the aisle as you please, no waiting for anyone to move when you need to use the lavatory. You’re in control of your space.
There’s a charm in quickly reaching for the overhead bin or chatting with the cabin crew when they walk by.
So tell me, where are you seated, and why?
